Family with children loved it!

We stayed in a junior suite, and let me tell you, it was like living in luxury! The kids were in heaven-great views, quiet surroundings, and the swimming pool was covered. They swam even when it rained!

It wasn't cheap, but honestly, the experience made it all worth it.

great stay with minor issues

The proximity to activities is excellent. We spotted toucans and monkeys nearby. The Premium Quadruple Room was comfortable and spacious, which suited our family well. Breakfast was good, with attentive staff making the experience even better. The mountain view from the terrace enhanced our mornings with a beautiful backdrop.

The weather was clear, had fine stay during our visit. Every staff member was best and efficient. They provided a complimentary breakfast with made-to-order omelettes, homemade bread and eggs cooked to order. The location was stunning and amazing in a really quiet area, just next door to the National Park, the Monteverde Cloud Forest Reserve and La Fortuna...

The junior suite was spacious with a lovely balcony and a fine view over the grounds. Room amenities included free toiletries like shampoo and body soap, a tv, and a private bathroom. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The outdoor swimming pool was awesome for a dip, even when it rained.
